Tuna Salad with Greek Yogurt and Mustard

This tuna salad with greek yogurt and mustard has a key ingredient that cannot be skipped. Stevia gets rid of the fishy taste that canned tuna has.
Ingredients
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 4 Tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp stevia
  • 1.5 Tbsp stone ground mustard
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
